The war between the kingdoms of Neustria and Freyrgard has been going on for hundreds of years, in fact, longer than anyone in either kingdom can remember. Nobody quite knows what the two kingdoms are fighting over, or even why they continue to battle, using their anger and hatred against the other. Nonetheless, despite what little they know of their reason to fight, homes are still destroyed and lives are still lost in the feud. Many, including the king of Neustria are tired of this bloodshed, but the king of Freyrgard can't get enough.
Despite the hunger for war, the royal Wykehams & Knavesmires are slowing falling into chaos, and into love, but they aren't the only ones. Adulterous acts are being committed, heinous crimes are in the midst, and lies quickly spread through both kingdoms. They are crumbling very quickly. Perfect timing for the rebels of each kingdom to make their moves. Within their darkest hours, one thing does shine through all the hate. That is the blossoming of love.
Will this love be the salvation to all the heartbreak, lies and deceit? Or are the two kingdoms fated to destroy each other? Who gets to keep their heart, and who gets their heart torn from their chest?
